• Now click on the ‘Register for Net Banking’ link at the bottom of the page
• Now you will have to go through the ‘Online Net Banking Registration & Password Generation’ page, which will have a 5-step registration process
  • Step – 1 Enter your CRN/Customer ID, printed on your credit card, and click on ‘Continue’.
  • Step – 2, Now you will be asked to verify your details by answering any of the four questions presented on the page. The questions will be related to your personal details such as your date of birth, mother’s maiden name, mobile number, etc., the condition will be that your answers should match with those mentioned in the bank records. After filling in the right details, you will be redirected to the next step.
  • Step – 3 In this step you will need to choose a method to generate your password. Choose the option, Generate Password via ‘Credit Card details and click on ‘Continue’.
  • Step – 4 Now enter your credit card number, expiry date, CVV, and card PIN and click on ‘Continue’.
  • In Step – 5 Enter a new password of your choice.

Note: As per the instructions provided on the page, choose a 6-character password and enter the same in the corresponding field. Re-enter the same password and ‘Submit’

• On your registered mobile number and e-mail ID, you will also receive a one-time password (OTP) which should be combined with your six-character password to generate a new password for your account.

After receiving your OTP, go to the Kotak Mahindra net banking main page and enter your CRN. Then type the new password (12 characters), the password of your choice (6 characters), and your OTP in the password field. Click on ‘Secure Login’. Now you are ready for your Net Banking experience.
